A flush mechanism is the valve inside a toilet cistern that releases the water into the pan when the toilet is flushed. A top flush mechanism is worked by a button on top of the cistern lid.
This is the Florite mechanism with model code CIIN001, used when the existing mechanism is worn or leaking.
