Dulux Dampshield is a water-based damp barrier for painting over damp interior and exterior walls. It is meant for vertical cement plaster and concrete surfaces containing up to 50% moisture, and gives a sound base for the paintwork that follows. The matt finish can be overcoated with most Dulux decorative finishes.
