Dulux Dampshield is a water-based sealer applied to damp walls before painting. It counters the effects of rising and penetrating damp and protects against paint peeling caused by damp. It adheres to cementitious surfaces, is low in odour and cleans up with water, and dries quickly enough for a topcoat to be applied the same day.
