28mm compression male iron elbow, a right-angle fitting with a compression end for pipe and a male threaded end.

A male iron elbow turns a pipe run through a right angle and changes from pipe to thread at the same time. One side is a compression joint, made by tightening the nut onto the pipe with no solder; the other has an external (male) thread for screwing into a female-threaded fitting.
This is the 28mm size.
