28mm compression stop end for closing off the open end of a 28mm pipe without soldering.

A compression stop end caps a pipe so that water cannot pass. This 28mm size blanks off a larger pipe that has been taken out of use, or closes a line while other plumbing work is carried out. The nut is tightened onto the pipe with a spanner to make the joint.
